Abstract
This paper presents a multi-signature scheme based on DSA, describes a novel method of constructing very efficient fair-exchange protocols based on improved DSA signatures. As instances, the applying of the schemes in electronic bank and electronic voting are describing. It is proved that this scheme is secure and efficient.
