Abstract :
This paper sets up a DSS for faculty management and designs a model base for the system, which is based on the status of faculty management and the faculty information of college. Models of the system, such as teacher demand projections, teacher own quantity forecasting, student enrollment projections, and teacher classification structure prediction is designed by using of grey systems, operations research, random process, Markov model, and other mathematical methods. At the same time, the design method is explained in this paper also. This system has not only a good forecast precision by experience but also a good effect.
