Abstract :
Be aimed at the problems existed in reduction of inconsistent decision systems in currently, a more reasonable definition is given firstly, the divergence to judge the results of reduction can be removed by using it. And then, a new discernibility matrix is constructed, based on its some useful natures, an effective and near optimum reduction method is obtained; the effectiveness of this method is illustrated.
