Abstract
Transmission line modeling, TLM, is a flexible numerical simulation method which has been exploited in a wide variety of application areas. Recently, TLM techniques for use with unstructured meshes have been developed to deal with complex and multi-scale geometries. This paper explores analytically coupling a number of spatially distinct numerically meshed TLM regions in order to further improve computational efficiency. As part of the process analytic radiation boundary conditions suitable for truncating unstructured TLM regions are investigated
