This paper describes a modified ECC(Elliptic Curve Cryptography)-Key Management Protocol Model in Public Key Infrastructure which aims to answer these questions that how to solve the security problem of ECC-Key management protocol between Certificate Authority(CA) and Key Management (KM)System. The modification is a new approach that control ECC-key operation between Certificate Authority and Key Management System. Our aim is to show the compatibility of ECC-Key management operation that the traditional PKI can not operate.
