Abstract :
As for micro-manipulation system, not only does it need high operation precision, but also it should have huge operation range. According to electromechanical property, micro-manipulation system has huge operation range; however, the effective operation range has been compressed affected by the microscopic vision system. This paper studies the problems of image compression and depth information extraction; furthermore, the extension methods of the effective operation range are put forward on the plane and in the direction of optical axis respectively, several experiments are designed and carried out to show the validity of the methods.
