Abstract
SOA (service-oriented architecture) solution model involves SOA associated reference architecture, e-commerce patterns, methodologies and best practices ranging from the beginning to the end of a complete SOA project. A new solution model is presented. Service is the kernel and process is the breakthrough point of business innovation in this model. A series of widely acceptable standards, such as SDO (service data object), SCA (service component architecture) and BPEL (business process execution language), are adopted in this model. Analysis, design, implementation and management methodologies and best practices are covered in this model. By analyzing the characteristic, mechanism and function of the model, we give a real-world example to illustrate how this solution model can be used in practice.
