Abstract
In order to improve the accuracy of control and response time in force-controlled systems, force sensorpsilas dynamic characteristics must be tested to gain dynamic parameters. Based on force sensorpsilas mathematical model, the step response of force sensor was simulated by Matlab software. After analyzing unreal dynamic parameters of the previous test method, a new method of testing force sensorpsilas real dynamic characteristics-a balanced&propelled method was advanced. Using our 100 kN and 500 kN negative step force test systems newly made with this method, the results of many experiments come to conclusion that real dynamic parameters such as overshoot, trailing edge time and damping ratio can be tested to supply for force sensor designers and force-controlled system designers.
