A rigorous solution of the model problem of the transfer function construction of a stationary HF ionosphere radio channel formed by the receiving-transfer antenna-feeder paths and sphere-layer regular isotropic Earth-ionosphere waveguide is represented. A waveguide representation of electromagnetic field of HF signal was used in the form of a mormal wave series
