Abstract
Basic results of theoretical investigations in relation to the questions of electrodynamics of space-time periodically modulated mediums in the waveguides realized by the author for several years are summarized. The problems of the propagation of transverse-electric (TE) and transverse-magnetic (TM) waves, the radiation of the uniformly moving sources, as well as the boundary problems in the waveguides of arbitrary cross section with modulated filling are solved with the help of developed analytical method. The peculiarities of the physical phenomena of electrodynamics of space-time periodic mediums in the waveguides in the region of "weak" and "strong" interaction between the traveling waves and the modulation wave in the waveguides are discovered
