Abstract :
Leading logarithmic corrections into the muonium hyperfine splitting (hfs) are evaluated. A status of theoretical calculations of the hfs is observed and main items of theoretical uncertainty are considered. A new term in the order /spl alpha/(Z/spl alpha/)/sup 3/ ln(Z/spl alpha/)/spl nu//sub F/ is obtained.
