Abstract :
This paper presents the first set of benchmark circuits to evaluate and probe the characteristics of various mixed-mode simulators. The set of benchmark circuits consists of six small circuits that test the classical problems in mixed-mode simulation and four large circuits that represent the target application areas for mixed-mode simulation. We have also included the mainstream technologies used in mixed-signal circuit fabrication-CMOS, bipolar and BiCMOS. Results from transistor-level SPICE simulation will be used as a bases for the evaluation
