Abstract :
An LDO is presented by using a 0.18-μm CMOS technology, which can be used in applications such as 2.4-GHz Wireless Transceiver, WLAN, Wi-Fi Systems, ISM Band Systems, etc. Its bandgap reference takes an extra branch to eliminate the second-order component of the temperature characteristics. Operated at 3.3 V, the drop-out voltage of LDO is 190 mV. The temperature coefficient is 6.67×10-6. The LDO startup time is less than 65 μs. And the PSRR shown in Fig.11 is -67 @1kHz and -48.5 @10kHz.
