Abstract
This paper reports on the design and experiment of an broadband power sensor based on zero-biase diodes. High performance was achieved across the entire frequency band from 0.01GHz to 50GHz. Emphasis is on the design of the matching circuits using a new method. Other details during the realization of the microwave end such as the choice of diodes and the design of a high precision attenuator are also discussed.
