  • Abstract
    Arrays of 365 shunted YBCO Josephson junctions on YSZ bicrystals were investigated under microwave irradiation in the K-band. Subarrays of up to 39 junctions were synchronized to the external microwave power at the temperature of 15 K. A step height for the first Shapiro step reaching 30% of the critical current of array were obtained. Such cryoelectronic circuits are feasible for voltage standards and high precision D/A converters.
