Abstract :
This paper investigates the problems of delay-dependent robust H-infinity stability and stabilization for uncertain time-delay systems with stochastic perturbations. Some new delay-dependent stability criteria are devised by taking the relationship between the terms in the Leibniz-Newton formula into account. Free weighting matrices are used to express this relationship and the new criteria are less conservative than existing ones.
