Abstract :
After the dynamic differential pressure signal of gas-liquid two-phase flow was done by Hilbert-Huang transform, the intrinsic mode and residual error of the signal was withdrawn, intrinsic mode reflects the fluctuation ingredient of the signal, and the residual error reflects the steady ingredient. The relation between void fraction and fluctuation ingredient, mean value was researched under the different flow pattern. The results show that the fluctuation ingredient and steady ingredient done by Hilbert-Huang transform have close relation with the void fraction of two-phase flow. This experiment results provide effective evidence to estimate void fraction further, have good application prospect.
