Abstract :
In this paper, a problem of the electric type plane wave scattering on a flat screen is considered. The specific difficulty of the problem is associated with a non-homogeneous nature of the surrounding medium. A hypersingular integral equation (HSIE) was constructed by using the parameterized integral representation method. The numerical scheme for the scattered field evaluation was implemented based on the discrete frames method. Sample numerical results are presented
