            Abstract : 
With the continuous interest on space technologies development, small satellites especially pico satellites were the focus of universities research in order to demonstrate the use of these vehicles for communication, earth observation, space remote sensing, space exploration, cartography, forest observation, etc. Despite of the new miniaturization technologies, the electrical power subsystem still the most critical module in pico satellites which basic tasks are to ensure maximum exploitation of energy sources and optimize the distribution of the available electrical power. In this context, this paper proposes a novel architecture of an electrical power subsystem to be used for ERPSat-1 pico satellite which is under development at the Research Group of Intelligent Machines laboratory in Tunisia. This subsystem is basically composed of a Fuzzy Maximum Power Point Tracker, a power conditioner and a hierarchical fuzzy subsystems controller.
