Abstract
A new is described, designed and implemented for measuring the impulse response of the time-varying mobile radio channel in real time. For laboratory experiments a simulator can be used, based on the common Gaussian wide sense stationary uncorrelated scattering (GWSSUS)-model of the channel. So far its parameters have been determined for particular scenarios using theoretical considerations. A method is presented for the estimation of these parameters, using a sequence of measured impulse responses
