Abstract :
Summary form only given. In the first part of the talk I will describe our on-going effort to build a natural language processing system extracting information on interactions between genes and proteins from research articles. In the second part of the talk I will introduce an algorithm for predicting molecular networks from sequence data and stochastic models of birth of scale-free networks.
