Abstract
The objective in the paper is to design a multimedia hybrid system which provides communication methods and file types for performing better communication among hospitals, physicians and patients. All the data is stored on a server and accessible only by authorized users. The data includes text, voice, video, and image data. The system is not only accessible through desktops and laptops but also mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
