  • Abstract
Integrative computational models are being developed to couple biochemical networks with the physiological functions that they regulate. Models of interacting cell sub-systems including signal transduction, electrophysiology and metabolism are presented. These models allow us to explore hypotheses regarding physiological and pathophysiological function in the cardiac myocyte.
