Abstract :
Multichannel switches with L-type elementary keys on p-i-n diodes are investigated. Simple ways are suggested to increase the cut-off frequency and to improve channel isolation by choice of an appropriate p-i-n diode operating regime and by using an additional RC-sub circuit.
