Abstract :
A new structure of different dielectrics with septum for the end launcher coaxial-to-waveguide is proposed in this paper, and an advanced L-loop end launcher is also put forward, manufactured and measured. Both the principle and design methods for the two proposals are detailed discussed. The advantages, the manufacturing and environmental sensitivities of the two structures are also analyzed and the advanced L-loop end launcher is the more superior plan.
