Abstract :
We present results of the design and fabrication of Ka-band LNA MIC, for radioastronomical equipment. The parameters of the amplifier are: working band of frequencies 33-36 GHz, noise figure <3.4 dB, gain >20 dB, Δgain <1.5 dB, power characteristic (1 dB) >8 dBm. The amplifier is intended for working in hermetically sealed equipment. The amplifier size is 21.5×12×5 mm. The amplifier is made with GaAs HEMT, developed by SRI “Pulsar”
