Research on design and control of a new kind of heat-supply system in dry section of paper machine

Aiming at the disadvantage of insufficient heat supply of traditional heat pump system, this paper introduced a new kind of heat pump dry system for paper machine, which adopted the blowing steam control solution and a new control algorithm. This system improved the paper machinepsilas steam utilization ratio and automation lever, especially on the aspects of economizing on energy and sheet-broke treatment. This system also successfully solved the dry sectionpsilas condensate drain blockage problem. Proved through practice, it is worthwhile to popularize.
