Abstract :
The prospect of creating a coaxial magnetron (CM) for operation in the short-wave part of the millimeter wave band is discussed. One critical obstacle to creating such a CM is the technological difficulties in manufacturing electrodynamics systems. However, the basic obstacle becomes a growing difficulty when the tuning of the generation frequency is taken into account.
