Abstract :
This paper discussed a chaos-based data encryption algorithm for image or media. Encryption and decryption keys are obtained by Chebyshev map, which confuses the plain-text with random input keys. Then Logistic map and Nonlinear Chaotic Algorithm (NCA) are used to confuse the plain-text and shuffle the position of the plain-text respectively. The algorithm is described in detail, along with the security analysis. The experiments show that the algorithm is very sensitive to the keys and plaintext, which can resist existed attacks such as information entropy attacks, statistics attacks and chosen/known plain-text attacks.
