Abstract :
The PID controllers are used in the existed temperature controlling systems. But when the parameters of the controlled object are changed, the PID controllers have difficulty in enabling the two indexes, hyper harmony and the time of transition to reach the optimum state .In this paper, a kind of fuzzy parameter PID algorithm is advanced. It can identify the parameters of the PID controller in real time on line. This enables that the controllers can adapt to the parameters´ change of the controlled object and it can also realize the rapid parameters´ adjustment in the multi points controlled system. When applied in the system controlled by the cellular strip furnace, its control effect is better than that of the normal PID controller. This proves the availability of this method.
