Abstract :
Implementation of a remote up and down converter with super low noise LNA for higher frequency mobile communication system based on RoF technique is reported in this paper. Antenna diversity technique and super heterodyne architecture with RF and IF frequency at 6.05GHz and 1.85GHz respectively are employed. The channel bandwidth is 100MHz. System block diagram and design consideration are included in this paper. Finally, the converter performance indicated by EVM (Error Vector Magnitude) with 20MHz LTE downlink signal is given.
