Abstract :
Recently, computers are increasingly being used in drug design, patient management, disease diagnosis, and estimating prognosis. While it showed tremendous advantages, many drugs cannot exert their maximal efficacy in the process of treatment, even generate severe side-effect. This may be attributed to the differences between the pharmacokinetic(PK)-pharmacodynamic(PD) properties of the drug in the different groups of people who have different characteristics included age, gender, genetic, height, nation, status etc. It is very valuable to balance the PK-PD relationship to put forward the model for individual dosing regimens. It can predict the dosing regimens of different people. The idea may bring the revolution of medical care.
