Abstract
A mathematical model is presented for near-field radiation of an hybrid-spiral antenna, based on the Cassegrain antenna with the radiation system replaced by a conical spiral antenna array. The irradiating antenna array, installed on a conformal surface, consists of bilifar helix radiators, arranged on an hyperbolic surface.
