Abstract
In utilizing the information printed in papers, it is often the case that we put underlines, add comments, and draw illustrations in order to make the information more accessible and informative. This kind of activity in reading printed documents is called Active Reading. AR-brower enables a user to perform active reading for Web pages. In addition to the tasks which are applied to the active reading for printed documents, AR-browser allows the user to annotate with/for multimedia data as well
