            Abstract :
This paper deals with the problem of delay-dependent robust stability for a class of linear systems with multiple time-varying delays and nonlinear perturbations. Based on Lyapunov stability theory combined with linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) techniques, LMIs are derived by taking the relationship between the Leibniz-Newton formula and free weighting matrices, The free terms are chosen according to the derivative of the Lyapunov-Krasovshii functional, the stability criteria are more general than the exiting results.
