Abstract :
In order to research the gas flow law on underground mines and to prevent major accident in mines, the gas flow model of coal lane based on lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) is proposed. The article is adopted velocity-concentration dual distribution model. LBM velocity and concentration model are constructed respectively, Then the two models are coupled organically by Boussinesq equation. The Bounce-Back scheme is adopted on straight boundary and the curved-boundary- bounce-back scheme is operated on curved boundary. Because of the need to simulate complex lanes, the lane are separated as a certain regular blocks by the velocity-concentration LBM model used separated-coupled algorithm. Each block is computed parallelizly and respectively, and the data are exchanged only on boundary. Then the redundant grid is removed and the grid computing is simplified, so the system resource efficiency is improved. In the course of the model simulating, mass data on gas flow velocity, concentration and pressure are adopted, and visual information on lane is also obtained. Then, the effective escaping gas method is provided. The parameters on time, space and system is combined organically by the model, and the gas flow simulation in lane is completed in visual, intuitive and real condition.
