Abstract :
A mesh-tearing simplified sub-entire domain (MTSSED) basis function method is proposed for electromagnetic (EM) scattering analysis of finite periodic structures. The detailed algorithm is presented and the accuracy is improved significantly compared to SSED method. The numerical results demonstrate that the computational error is convergent with the density of mesh.
