Abstract :
Terahertz imaging technology plays important role in security detection. In order to get high resolution and simplify the system design, terahertz pulsed imaging method is simulated at 220GHz, 600GHz and 800GHz. The 220GHz system is designed and realized. Finally, the experiment result shows the high resolution can be got using this method as well as the cost can be reduced.
