Abstract
Inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) is an important branch of the synthetic aperture radar (SAR). It has ability of high-resolution imaging on distant targets, so it has great potential for long-range goals. This article discusses the method of RF-Driver and Waveform System on X-Band Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR), analysis of the principles on RF-Driver and Waveform System cell circuit, the RF-Driver and Waveform System output wideband linear FM modulation (LFM) signal by modulator, and the bandwidth has improve by the frequency multiplication circuit, which broke through the key technology on wideband signal generation and calibration, wideband RF-driver of wideband phased array radar system, the question of hardware sharing about the broadband and narrowband system, Field experiment with system, The RF-Driver and Waveform System, s performance specification satisfy the demand of the system.
