            Abstract :
The new work organisations in companies are based more and more on computerized environments (groupware, CSCW, workflow...) and consequently lead to an increase in the use of communications resources. Thus, a bad evaluation of the company network capabilities can generate dysfunction of group conversations. The objective of this paper is to improve the network organization in order to improve the quality of service that it can guarantee. A method based on the analysis of cooperation graphs is proposed. The interests of this method are shown from the network organization simulation results of an exchange scenario
