Abstract :
In order to solve the imbalance and overload of electricity grid caused by starting multiple Resistance Welder Machines, the text puts forward a solution of having batch and time-sharing control over Resistance Welder Machines by means of Programmable Controller (PLC). This solution increases the stability and flexibility of control. In addition, the system hardware design and software process are also introduced.
