Abstract :
Struts has advantages of the view and business logic separated, and increases reusability and flexibility of the code for Web development. The SMS of mobile phone has advantages of low-cost communications, bi-directional transmission, reliable communication performance, and speed etc., make more and more people use it. The SMS Collection system can manage all SMS, to construct the system, the Struts framework is used, and makes the system has features of high scalability, distribution with high transparency, high modularization and reusability.
