  • Abstract
    Using volume-surface integral equation, a rigorous probe feed model is applied to simulate the practical coaxial exciting to microstrip antennas, then, a cylindrical conformal antenna and a conformal phased array is considered. By comparing the calculated results to the FEM results from HFSS with fine meshes, the probe model is demonstrated to be validated to feed microstrip conformal phased array.
