Abstract :
In the systems of laser detection and identification target, in order to enhance the performances, such as the capability of identification, precision of measuring distance, ability of anti-disturbance and low-power, a mini-type high peak and narrow width pulsed power supply circuit of LD is designed. It can be used in the technique of laser proximity fuze based on the "double range gate" detection. The whole device can eliminate the natural interferences and disturbance as the rounds with pulses layer proximity sensors are improved greatly. Measuring distance precision can reach 0.5 meter.
