Abstract :
A new channel encoding technology for mobile communication systems was proposed, which utilized a convolutional encoding with coding rate higher than 1 to improve the capacity and spectrum efficiency of mobile communication systems significantly. By means of computer simulations, the results have shown that the new channel encoding technology can significantly improve the spectrum efficiency and ensure high decoding performance as well.
