Abstract :
A weak signal theory of the parametrical electron-wave two-stream free electron lasers (FEL) with H-ubitron pumping is created. The analysis for the increment of growth of electromagnetic signal wave is carried out. Perspective of use of the system considered as a powerful low-noise amplifier for mm-IR range is substantiated.
