Abstract :
In our microwave frequency equipment verification and testing measuring laboratory, calibration methods and algorithms are being developed for 3-mm and 8-mm wavelength range microwave noise meters. It is necessary to investigate the metrological performance of microwave noise meters, possible measuring uncertainty sources, and their influence on the total value of uncertainty. This paper presents the results of uncertainty sources analysis of microwave signal noise amplitude measurement.
