Abstract :
The micro-powder of β-SiC was synthesized from gangue. The influences of temperature, particle size and content of β-SiC on the non-linear electrical conductivity were studied. The effect of anti-corona property of mixture of β-SiC and α-SiC together with lacquer was discussed. Authors of this paper consider that the β-SiC made from gangue could be used to replace α-SiC as anti-corona material
