Abstract :
For the batch stirred tank reactor (BSTR) of the Multifunction Process and Control Experiment System (MPCE), intelligent hybrid temperature control based on SIMATIC PCS7 is adopted in this paper. Control scheme contains PID controller and fuzzy controller. So this paper discusses how to realize fuzzy control based on the SIMATIC PCS7 process control system. Operating results indicate that transfers between these control modes (including the manual control, PID control and fuzzy control) are convenient and placid. Good control effect, economy and security are achieved by the intelligent hybrid control.
