Abstract
A BP neural network model based on the principal component analysis (PCA) was proposed to predicate the Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH), the results showed that, the prediction accuracy of the modified model (99.6%) was superior to the pure BP neural model without PCA (98.5%) obviously.
